This was my second try with heather. It liked the super sunny spot we planted it last spring and now I get to enjoy it’s lovely blooms in the winter. Sweet.

Tracie,

You have no idea what a big grin I have on my face right now. I have a couple of ideas for another MacLeod book, but the first book in the Highland Targe series is up next. Not sure yet if I’ll power through those books or intersperse the two series but I can guarantee more Scottish romances are in the pipeline.

And can I just say how jealous I am of your trip to Scotland. I am dying to get back there but can’t squeeze it into the schedule anytime soon.

BTW, I’ve returned to the Argyll part of western Scotland with the new series, so if you get over near Oban and take pictures I’d LOVE to see them.

Thanks for your lovely note. I’m off to work on the book now so I can get more stories out for you!

Laurin,
I have enjoyed your books tremendously (I’ve read them twice already)! I discovered you through my Kindle and now I am obsessed over the McLeods. Who’s next? Is Ailig and Mora ever able to have children? PLEASE continue….we need more Mcleods! I can’t wait to read your new trilogy as I am sure it will be just as wonderful.

Tracy, I happened to notice exactly how well your novella is doing at Amazon just last night! #2 on the Historical Romance top 100 list. WTG! It’ll be interesting to see where the industry is this time next year – I can pretty much guarantee it won’t be where it is today.

Interesting post, Laurin. I’ve placed my novella exclusively with Amazon as well. It’s doing extremely well there, so this is working for me. Publishing is changing so drastically!
